ABOUT US.

Our Company was established as Mass Park Development Sdn Bhd in year 2022, principally a real estate development company. Over the years, our team are operating a construction company namely Majupadu Construction Sdn Bhd and have been in the construction field for about eight years. During these eight years of experiences in the field, our Company has worked with various main contractor and have completed approximately twenty-five projects in various sizes. Besides that, our Company’s management team has a very strong background in this field and have involvement in various project during their career path. With the experiences gained in this field, our directors aim to venture into the property development market and hence the establishment of this company. The company is based in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan and have a combined work force of ten people.

 Our Company are supported by a team of highly motivated and competent personnel and committed in building affordable, quality residential and commercial properties that are able to meet the demand of the medium-end properties market in Malaysia.

 The strength of our Company as a whole are striving to achieve the best and delivering the utmost quality services and products to the market.

OUR TEAM

LEE TIAN HUAT

Chairman

Mr Lee is the controlling shareholder and Director in multiple company namely Mass Park Development and Majupadu Construction.

Mr Lee has an excellent result during his studies and obtained a Bachelor of Science in 1984 and a Master of Science in 1989, both from University of Malaya.

In 1997, he joined Matrix Concepts Sdn Bhd as a Sales Coordination and Credit Manager，and then promoted to Executive Director.

With almost 25 years of experiences revolving around property and construction field, Mr Lee venture into real estate field and formed a property development company namely Mass Park Development Sdn Bhd in July 2022, being Director of the Company. The project which are going to take place will be further describe in the project details.

ANDY LEE

Managing Director

Mr. Andy Lee began his career as an Analyst at Prudential Malaysia, collecting data and preparing reports. After a few months, he shifted careers and joined Majupadu Construction Sdn Bhd (MCSB) as a Project Management Executive in early 2022, gaining on-site experience and knowledge. He quickly advanced to Director of MCSB.

In July 2022, he co-founded Mass Park Development (MPDSB) with guidance from Mr. Lee TH, marking his entry into property development. He worked on project feasibility and initial planning for MPDSB’s first project in Port Dickson. Promoted to Managing Director in 2024, he now oversees project implementation and actively seeks potential land for future developments.

SAM WEN XUAN

Project Executive Director

Mr. Sam WX started his career in 2015 as an architect at a prominent firm in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan, assisting with design and construction documents. After a few years, he joined his family-owned construction company, Sam Keng Tat Construction (SKT), as Managing Director, overseeing operations and project tenders.

In 2022, he became Project Manager at Majupadu Construction (MCSB), focusing on high-rise projects, and was appointed Director of Mass Park Development (MPDSB) alongside Mr. Andy. In 2024, he was promoted to Project Executive Director, managing ongoing projects and liaising with consultants and authorities.

KELLY CHAI

Administration Executive Director

Ms. Kelly began her career as an Audit Associate at Deloitte Malaysia in 2018, auditing companies of various sizes, from dormant firms to public companies. As a senior in-charge, she managed tight deadlines and high volumes of tasks while being well-versed in international and local accounting standards (IFRS, MFRS, MPERS).

In early 2022, she transitioned to a business planning role, preparing reports, forecasts, and budgets to aid decision-making, which required strong financial planning skills. In 2023, she became a Chartered Accountant as a Member of the ACCA professional board. She joined Mass Park Development (MPDSB) as Finance Manager, overseeing the accounts department, and was promoted to Director and Administration Executive Director in 2024

LEE FAH PIN (Frankie)

Director Of Project Planning

Mr. Frankie began his career as a Junior Engineer/Draftsman at Parrish Engineering in Clovis, California, while studying. In 1999, he became a Senior Civil and Structural Engineer at Reka Engineering Consultant in Malaysia, contributing to projects like the 6,233-acre Bandar Baru Nilai township. In 2000, he joined Matrix Concepts Holdings Berhad as Project Manager, quickly rising to Senior Project Manager and then General Manager by 2004, overseeing flagship projects like Bandar Sri Sendayan. After leaving Matrix Concepts in 2014, he co-founded Cangkat Hartamas Sdn Bhd as a Director, completing several successful projects, including a joint venture with Yayasan Negeri Sembilan worth RM 130 million. With nearly 25 years of experience, he joined Mass Park Development (MPDSB) as a Project Advisor in early 2023 and was later appointed Director.
